Crusty, golden brown wedges of zucchini scones.

ZUCCHINI SCONES

250g SR flour IN A BOWL

GRATE IN 70g cold butter

ADD

1tsp salt

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp veg stock powder

1tsp smoked paprika

MIX TOGETHER

ADD

2 beaten eggs

100g grated cheese

½ cup milk

Salt + pepper

MIX AGAIN - it will be lumpy, BUT stick together. DUMP lumpy ball onto a tray lined with baking paper and form into a circle about an inch thick. Use your maths skills to roughly score the circle in 8 equal wedges. DON’T CUT IT, JUST SCORE THE TOP.

Bake in 200deg oven until golden and cooked in the centre, about 40 mins.

Eat hot with a shitload of butter.

NATURE: sweet.

TARGETS: Lung/Spleen/Stomach.

ACTION: Clears heat.
